Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user’s device, where they are stored and sent back to the same sites on the next visit. We also use similar technologies (e.g. the browser’s “local storage”).
They are needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. They require no consent and are always on. The site uses just one, bar-lison-consent-v1: it stores your choice on the banner, and is saved in the browser’s local storage and in a cookie with the same name, for up to 184 days, that is six months.
The site’s language is not saved in any cookie: it is chosen from the page address (/it or /en). The site does not use statistics or profiling cookies.
Only one item on the site comes from an external service: the OpenStreetMap map (on the home page and on Contacts). The service processes your browser’s data under its own privacy notice and may set its own cookies.
The map is loaded only after your consent, in the “External content” category, which is off by default: until you agree, a placeholder with the “Allow external content” button is shown instead. If you withdraw consent from the “Cookie preferences” panel the map disappears from the page; any cookies the service has already saved stay in the browser until you delete them from its settings.
The photos of the Instagram posts, when the bar has chosen some, are kept in our own archive: they do not come from external services and are shown without consent.
Links to Instagram, Google Maps and the Google reviews open those sites only if you click them.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the “Cookie preferences” button in the site footer. You can also manage cookies from your browser settings.
